  Now that Polks has upped the price of their fountain drink refills to over a dollar, I refuse to do business with them any longer. The only reason my family ever goes to Polks, is for sodas, it certainly isn't for the customer service or for the fact that I like to wait in line for 10 minutes for every employee to finish their smoke break at the same time, only to have one employee come back in to run the register while all of the others are busy text messaging, having family reunions, or making personal phone calls. The worst offender is the one by Loves Truck Stop, but all are poorly managed.
